Home My WebLink About2015-005 Ordinance 2015-005 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE 2015-005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800.03 OF THE CITY CODE The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 8, Section 800.03 of the City Code shall hereby be amended by adding a new Subdivision 12 to read as follows: 800.03 Parking Regulations. Subd. 12 Temporary Parking Restrictions. The City Administrator or designee may post temporary parking restrictions on City streets for up to thirty(30) days in duration. Temporary parking restrictions may include, but are not limited to, no parking, 2 hour parking, and parking on one side of the street. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 291h Day of June, 2015. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Ordinance 2015-005 be published. The amendment to Chapter 8, Section 800.03 of the City Code is entitled "Temporary Parking Restrictions". The purpose of the amendment is to regulate parking in the City, by permitting the City Administrator or designee to restrict parking on City streets for up to thirty (30)days. The restrictions may include, but are not limited to, no parking, 2 hour parking, and parking on one side of the street. The amended regulations will go into effect on July 9,2015. A full copy of Ordinance 2015-005 is available for inspection by any person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96,Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
