RESOLUTION NO. 2015-039
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT OF COUNTY ROAD H/I-35W
INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS,Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement to the County Road
H/I-35W Interchange and is requesting Municipal Consent approving the final layout, and
WHEREAS, said final layout is on file at the Ramsey County Public Works office, and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council held a Public Hearing on the final layout on
August 10, 2015.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills,Minnesota.
1. The City approves the final layout of the County Road H/1-35W Interchange.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 10'x'
DAY OF AUGUST,2015.
