SUBJECT: Change City Council Meeting to May 31
Background
On April 11, 2011 the City Council discussed meeting dates for May. It was the
consensus at that meeting to move the Tuesday, May 31 S`, meeting date to Monday, May
23rd. Since that discussion, it has been determined that it is likely that two CounciI
members will not be able to make it to the May 23rd meeting. Accordingly, discussion at
the last Council meeting, on April 25th, was to move the Council meeting back to May
31 st, which is the day after Memorial Day.
Recommendation and Requested Action
Motion to approve calling for a City Council meeting on May 31 st at 7:00 p.m. and to
cancel the May 23rd meeting.
