SUBJECT: PMP Assessment Appeals
City Attorney Jerry Filla has requested that the City Council adjourn into a closed
meeting to discuss client-attorney information related to the 2010 PMP assessment
appeals. Mr. Filla will provide the Council with a verbal update on Monday night.
