RESOLUTION NO. 2016-025
RESOLUTION APPROVING
LAYOUT OF INTERSTATE 35W MnPASS PROJECT
SP 6284-172
WHEREAS,The Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for state
Project No. 6284-172 in Interstate 35W through the City of Arden Hills for the addition of a
MnPASS lane on both the north and south bound direction and seeks approval thereof, as
described in Minnesota Statues 161.162 to 161.167 and
WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the Metro District Minnesota Department of
Transportation office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That MnDOT will make a conscious effort to allow one exit point on to and off of I-
35W in Arden Hills during the construction season; and
2. That the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota hereby approves said final layout for
the improvement of Interstate 35W within the corporate limits of the City of Arden
Hills.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
