RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,
SECTION 1325.01, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE OPTING OUT OF STATE
LAW REGARDING TEMPORARY FAMILY HEALTH CARE DWELLINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1325.01 — Accessory Structures, shall
be amended by adding a new Subdivision 8 regarding Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings
under Minnesota Statutes § 463.3593,to read as follows:
Subd. 8. Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings. Pursuant to authority granted
by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9,the City opts-out of the
requirements of Minn. Stat. §462.3593, which defines and regulates Temporary
Family Health Care Dwellings.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
publication according to law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2016, by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
