SUBJECT: TCAAP Open House Update
Background
The City will hold an open house on November 16th to provide the community with an
opportunity to convey input to the City Council and Master Development Team on the updated
development plans for the TCAAP site. A mailing has been sent to all residents in the City and
information on the event has been posted on the City’s website and Facebook page.
The City’s communications consultant will be in attendance at the work session to provide the
City Council with an update on planning efforts for the open house. A copy of the community
survey to be distributed at the event will be provided at the meeting for the City Council’s
review.
Members of the Master Development Team will be in attendance at the work session as well to
present the draft boards that will be used at the different topic stations.
