AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, OF THE
ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE,ZONING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 13,Zoning Code, of the Arden Hills Code, is hereby amended
by amending Section 1380, TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC).
SECTION 2. The TRC shall control development in the area legally described in
Attachment A and shown on the City Zoning Map.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately following Metropolitan
Council authorization to amend the City's Comprehensive Plan as proposed by Resolution
No. 2016-040.
PASSED and ADOPTED thisk' day of December 12, 2016,by the City Council
of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
