RESOLUTION NO. 2017-012
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE 2018 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets:
Floral Drive from Hamline Avenue to XX feet west of Norma Circle
Norma Circle from Floral Drive to cul-de-sac
Gale Circle from Floral Drive to cul-de-sac
James Circle from Floral Drive to cul-de-sac
Eide Circle from Hamline Avenue to cul-de-sac
Indian Oaks Trail from Hamline Avenue to cul-de-sac
Indian Oaks Court from James Avenue to cul-de-sac
James Avenue from Indian Oaks Trail to Colleen Avenue
Wedgewood Circle from Old Highway 10 to cul-de-sac
Brueberry Lane from Old Highway 10 to Parkshore Drive
Parkshore Drive from Old Highway 10 to cul-de-sac
and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to as the 2018 Pavement Management Program
for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
