ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5,
SECTION 500, SUBSECTION 500.16,
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on May 22, 2017, Ordinance No. 2017-003 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2017-003 the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication:
Ordinance No. 2017-003 amends City Code Chapter 5, Section 500, Subsection 500.16 —
Hours of Sale to permit off -sale of intoxicating liquor on Sundays, and to conform hours and
days of sale of off -sale intoxicating liquor with state law.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours or on the City's website.
