ORDINANCE 2017-004
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, SECTION 220.03, SUBD. 1
OF THE CITY CODE
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 2, Section 220.03, Subd. I of the City
Code shall hereby be amended to read as follows:
220.03 Planning Commission.
Subd. 1 Composition. At the first Council Meeting of the calendar year, the
Mayor shall appoint a Planning Commission consisting of seven (7) members
and two (2) alternative members subject to approval by a majority vote of the
entire Council.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 26th Day of June,
2017.
