RESOLUTION NO. 2017-037
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO RAMSEY COUNTY COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT NO. PUBW2017-13R
FOR RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION FOR COUNTY ROAD F BETWEEN
LEXINGTON AVENUE AND HAMLINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is acquiring right of way for on a construction
project on County Road F between Lexington Avenue and Hamline Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will have some cost responsibility for the
right of way acquisition,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS, MINNESOTA
1. That the City of Arden Hills enter into Ramsey County Cooperative
Agreement No. PUBW2017-13R with the Ramsey County, for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the County of the City's share of the
right of way for the County Road F project between Lexington Avenue and
Hamline Avenue within the corporate City limits.
2. That the Mayor and the Public Works Director are authorized to execute the
Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER,2017.
