ORDINANCE 2017-006
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
RELATING TO THE RE -ZONING OF PROPERTIES.
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that the official Zoning Map of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, as described in Section 1315.01 of the City Code, is hereby amended as follows:
The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the
following described properties have been re -zoned to an INST zone (Institutional District):
Described Properties
1. The property located at 3900 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number
273023240002, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District) and R-1 (Single -
Family Residential District), and is generally located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling
Avenue North, north of County Road E West, and west of Highway 51.
2. The property located at 3800 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number
273023310001, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally
located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West,
and west of Highway 51.
3. The property located at 3801 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number
273023240001, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally
located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West,
and west of Highway 51.
4. The property located at 4404 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number
283023140001, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally
located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West,
and west of Highway 51.
5. The property located at 4040 Old Highway 10 with Property Identification Number
283023110001, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally
located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West,
and west of Highway 51.
6. The property located at 4080 Snelling Avenue North with Property Identification Number
213023440004, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally

223023330002, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally
located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West,
and west of Highway 51.
9. The property located at 3003 Snelling Ave North with Property Identification Number
333023440001, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single -Family Residential District) and is
generally located south of Lake Johanna, east of Fairview Avenue North, north of Lydia
Avenue West, and west of Highway 51.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 25th Day of
September, 2017.
