SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO.2017-006
On the 251h day of September, 2017, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No.
2017-006, and by at least four/fifths affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4,
directed that a summary of Ordinance 2017-006 be published.
Ordinance 2017-006 amends the official Zoning Map of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as
described in Section 1315.01 of the City Code. The Ordinance amends the official Zoning Map
to indicate that the following properties have been re -zoned to an INST zone (Institutional
District): 3900 Bethel Drive, 3800 Bethel Drive, 3801 Bethel Drive, 4404 Bethel Drive, 4040
Old Highway 10, 4080 Snelling Avenue North, 4140 Snelling Avenue North, 4120 Snelling
Avenue North, and 3003 Snelling Ave North.
A full copy of Ordinance 2017-006 is available for inspection by any person during
regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden
