RESOLUTION NO. 2017-044
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY
STAFF TO ENTER INTO AN INSURANCE AGREEMENT
WITH HEALTHPARTNERS FOR THE 2018 BENEFIT YEAR
WHEREAS, on November 13, 2017,the Arden Hills City Council approved an agreement for
health insurance with Health Partners for the 2018 benefit year;
WHEREAS,the City Council determined that it was in the best interest for City staff to
participate and enter into the Health Partners agreement for the 2018 calendar year.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
that City staff is hereby formally authorized and directed to enter into an insurance agreement with
Health Partners for the 2018 benefit year, with benefit levels and terms as previously reviewed and
approved by the City Council.
