MARCH 19, 2018
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING WORK SESSION
ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the special City
Council meeting at 8:36 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave
McClung and Steve Scott
Absent: None
Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault, Public Works Director/City Engineer
Sue Polka, City Planner Matthew Bachler, and Deputy Clerk Jolene Trauba
1. APROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to
approve the meeting agenda. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
2. AGENDA ITEMS
A. Motion to Approve Appointment of Finance Director
City Administrator Dave Perrault noted that the offer letter was signed by the potential
appointee and supported by the Personnel Committee.
MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to
Approve Appointment of the Finance Director Grant. The motion carried
unanimously (5-0).

ADJOURN
MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to
adiourn. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
Mayor Grant adjourned the Special Regular City Council Meeting at 8:37 p.m.
