RESOLUTION NO. 2018-024
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY OF COON RAPIDS AWARD
THE 2018 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City of Arden Hills entering into a joint powers agreement with the
North Metro Regional Street Maintenance Consortium;
AND WHEREAS, the City of Coon Rapids opened bids for the 2018 Street Maintenance
Program;
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Council recommend that the City of Coon Rapids award the
contracts to the low bidders as outlined in the joint powers agreement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 9th DAY
OF APRIL, 2018.
