RESOLUTION NO. 2018-043
RESOLUTION AMENDING APPOINTMENT
OF MEMBERS TO A CIVIC SPACE TASK
FORCE FOR RICE CREEK COMMONS
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills ("City") and Ramsey County ("County") have
previously entered into a Joint Powers Agreement for the redevelopment of the Twin Cities Army
Ammunition Plant site; and
WHEREAS, the City and County are negotiating a Master Development Agreement for
the site with the selected Master Developer and its partners in the redevelopment project; and
WHEREAS, as part of the project, the City Council of Arden Hills wishes to have the
project studied and evaluated in more detail and recommend a course of action to the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City previously adopted Resolution No. 2018-038 creating an Advisory
Committee for the Civic Space Task Force to evaluate and recommend a course of action to the
City Council and appointed its members; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to add James Lambeth as an additional member to the Civic
Space Task Force Advisory Committee;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
that:
1. The City Council appoints and adds James Lambreth to serve on the Civic Space Task
Force (Advisory Committee).
2. The Civic Space Task Force (Advisory Committee) members are:
