RESOLUTION NO. 2018-044
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR A LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT AT 1377 ARDEN OAKS DRIVE AND 1415 COUNTY ROAD E
WHEREAS: on April 30, 2018, David Beamish and Patrick Donkers submitted a completed
application for review of a Minor Subdivision for a lot line adjustment that would result
in a parcel of land measuring 30 feet in width by 100 feet in depth being transferred from
the northern side of the property at 1415 County Road E to the southern side of the
property at 1377 Arden Oaks Drive, as depicted on the attached Exhibit"A".
WHEREAS: on June 6, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the application by David
Beamish and Patrick Donkers, and at the conclusion of the public hearing recommended
approval, subject to two conditions, after making a finding that the proposed Minor
Subdivision will not have an adverse impact on the surrounding properties or on the
community as a whole.
WHEREAS: on June 11, 2018, the City Council received and considered the recommendations
of the Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills
approves the Minor Subdivision for a lot line adjustment at 1377 Arden Oaks Drive and 1415
County Road E, dated June 11, 2018 subject to the following two conditions:
1. The applicant shall record the Minor Subdivision with Ramsey County and a copy
shall be provided to the City within sixty (60) days of the City's approval.
2. Monument stakes shall be installed to demarcate the new property line between 1377
Arden Oaks Drive and 1415 County Road E.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 11TH
DAY OF DUNE, 2018.
