CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Special City
Council Executive Session (Closed) at 6:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Fran Holmes, Brenda Holden, Dave
McClung and Steve Scott
Also present: City Clerk Julie Hanson (Closed Session) and City Administrator Dave
Perrault

A. City Administrator Performance Evaluation
The City Council discussed the six month performance review of City Administrator Dave
Perrault in a closed session with City Clerk Julie Hanson.
City Administrator Perrault joined the meeting at 6:33 pm to discuss feedback and goal setting.
ADJOURN
Mayor Grant adjourned the Special City Council Executive Session at 6:55 p.m.
