B.Next steps in establishment of a Memorial to Art Larsen in Cummings Parkin the form of trees/native plants
and plaque (in place of removed buckthorn). Kathy Johnson outlined the steps and Andy Brotzler took the
action item to work with the Park, Trails and Rec. Committee to pick a spot. (Sue Polka)

C.Report on status plans resulting from city survey of storm drain sites.During our visit to the BMP #1 site,
Sue Polka mentioned that the city is surveying storm drain sites to see whether they are functioning and have
lots of sediment around them. Since the Karth Lake storm drains do clearlyhave lots of sediment around
them I invited Sue to report on the status and plans of this effort. (Sue Polka)
