RESOLUTION NO. 2018-049
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO MN/DOT TEMPORARY PERMIT TO
CONSTRUCT FOR GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES
C.S. 6205 (10=62) 902, PARCEL 454
WHEREAS, Mn/DOT is working on a Project 6205-39 US 10, I36W to CR 96 to
widen US 10, providing a slip ramp from the US 10 service road to Highway 96, and
construction of 20-foot high noise walls, and
WHEREAS, the construction of US 10 will require the replacement of City
watermain,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into
Mn/DOT Temporary Permit to Construct for Governmental Entities for C.S. 6205
(10=62) 902, Parcel 454 to allow MnDOT to construct the City's watermain.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Public Works Director/City Engineer
are authorized to execute the Permit.
