AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
RELATING TO THE RE -ZONING OF PROPERTY
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that the official Zoning Map of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, as described in Section 1315.01 of the City Code, is hereby amended as follows:
The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the
following described property has been re -zoned to an R-1 — Single -Family Residential District:
Described Property
The property located at 3243 New Brighton Road with Property Identification Number
333023310046 and legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1 of Trinity Lutheran of Lake Johanna Addition
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 27th Day of August,
2018.
