CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Special City
Council Executive Session (Closed) at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Fran Holmes, Brenda Holden, Dave
McClung and Steve Scott
Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Public Works Director/City Engineer Sue
Polka; and City Attorney Joel Jamnik

A discussion ensued with the City Council, City Administrator Perrault, Public Works
