RESOLUTION NO. 2018-055
RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FOR FALSE ALARM CHARGES AT 4354 ROUND LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, MSP Industrial Portfolio Owner LLC is the property owner of the following described
property:
Address: 4354 Round Lake Road
PID: 213023230002
WHEREAS,the property owner was noticed of a delinquent false alarm charge pursuant to City
Regulations; and,
WHEREAS,the adoption of this special assessment was initiated pursuant to the City of Arden Hills
Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the Arden Hills City Council held a hearing on September 10, 2018. All persons present at
said meeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written statements. The Council also
considered the recommendation of the City Staff that this special assessment be approved; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL hereby
adopts Resolution 2018-055, adopting special assessments in the amount of$60.00 related to charges
incurred for false alarm fees for the property located at 4354 Round Lake Road; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In the event that the property owner does not pay any portion of the
charges, that the unpaid amount shall be assessed against the Property, to be collected with the real
estate taxes in the year in which this Resolution is recorded, together with an Affidavit of Cost incurred,
and that any assessments levied pursuant to this Resolution shall bear interest at the rate of 8.0%per
annum from the date of recording until December 3Is'of the year in which the special assessment is paid
in full.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS loth DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 2018.
