Present were: Chair Roberta Thompson, and Commissioners Phillip Neururer, and Clayton
Zimmerman.
Absent: Commissioners Matt Dixon, Nick Gehrig, Steven Jones, and James Lambeth.
Also present were: Senior Planner Matthew Bachler
Due to a lack of a quorum of Planning Commission members, the December 6, 2017
Regular Planning Commission meeting was cancelled.
