RESOLUTION NO. 2018-060
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO
COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 1031738
WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR STATE PROJECT NO. 6205-39 (T.H. 10=602)
WHEREAS, the City agrees to provide for payment by the City to the State of the
City's share of the costs of the frontage road and watermain construction and other
associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No.
10 from C.S.A.H. 96 to Trunk Highway No. 35W within the corporate City limits under
State Project No. 6205-39 (T.H. 10=062).
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into
MnDOT Agreement No. 1031738 with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are
authorized to execute the Cooperative Agreement.
