Upstairs Conference Room, Arden Hills City Hall CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by David Radziej at 5:41 pm. Arden Hills Pay Study The committee reviewed information regarding what the City is currently contributing to health/dental/HSA for employees. Discussed looking at cost of joining Ramsey County plan. For this next renewal period, the committee expressed an interest in not going with an age banded plan again and would like to look at a set dollar contribution toward employee coverage as opposed to a percentage contribution of premium. Directed staff to gather information on Ramsey County health insurance plan. The next meeting will be set once information is available from the City’s broker on plan options for 2019. 5. Background Our benefit consultant, NFP Corporate Benefits, has received information back on renewing the City’s current insurance as well as quotes from other providers. Discussion The committee should review the information and prepare a recommendation for the City Council.
