Council Should Consider
Reviewing the final production website online, which is scheduled to go live on January 24. Staff
will review the prominent navigation and content changes that have been made during the past
year, which will be reflected in the new site. The changes will be reviewed, alongside the goals
for the redesign. We will review the online production site and its full functionality, rather than
static pdf documents.
Background
This is a final review of the site. The Council previously approved the design and color choices.
However, changes to navigation, content and images can and will continue to be made, based on
user experiences with the site. The website is never completely done. There is a need for
continuous updates.
