RESOLUTION NO. 2019-003
Resolution Relating to the State of Minnesota Public Works Mutual Aid Pact
WHEREAS, the pact provides a process for units of government to share public works
personnel and equipment with other agencies within the State of Minnesota;
WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills desires to enter into said pact;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED The Arden Hills City Council authorizes the State of
Minnesota Public Works Mutual Aid Pact and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to
execute the pact.
Adopted this 14th day of January 2019.
