WHEREAS, David Sand has faithfully and diligently served the City of Arden Hills as a
member and Chair of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, David Sand has been very responsible to the citizens and business
community; and
WHEREAS, David Sand, during his years on the Planning Commission, served with
professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to improving the City of Arden Hills; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED THIS 28T" DAY OF JANUARY, 2008
