Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Grant called to order the Special City
Council Executive Session(Closed)at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Dave McClung,
Fran Holmes and Steve Scott
Also present: Dave Perrault, City Administrator; Interim Public Works Director/City
Engineer Sue Polka; City Planner, Mike Mrosla; Joel Jamnik, City Attorney; John Baker
and Samuel Clark, Green Espel

The City Council discussed the TCAAP litigation.
