CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,ZONING CODE
SECTION 1315.01, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
REZONING PROPERTIES FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TO R4-MULTIPLE-DWELLING DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by
rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows
to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District:
Lot 1, Block 1, North Ridge Apartments Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota

SECTION 2. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by
rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows
to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District:
Lot 2, Block 1, North Ridge Apartments Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota

SECTION 3. Chapter 13,Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by
rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows
to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District:
Lot 3, Block 1. North Ridge Apartments Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota

SECTION 4. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1315.01, is hereby amended by
rezoning certain property located within the City of Arden Hills and legally described as follows
to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District:
Lot 4, Block 1, North Ridge Apartments Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota

SECTION 5. The official zoning map adopted in Section 1315.01 of the Arden Hills
City Code shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning,but the zoning map on file in
the City Clerk's office shall be appropriately marked for the purposes of indicating the rezoning
provided in this ordinance.

SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall not be effective until the Metropolitan Council has
approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

Council of the City of Arden Hills,Minnesota.
