CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Grant called to order the Special City
Council Executive Session (Closed) at 5:45 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Dave McClung,
Fran Holmes and Steve Scott
Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Finance Director Gayle Bauman;
Community Development Manager/City Planner Mike Mrosla; City Attorney Joel Jamnik;
WSB Consultant Sue Polka; and Attorneys John Baker and Samuel Clark, Green Espel
1. AGENDA ITEMS
A. TCAAP Litigation Discussion
The City Council received an update from Defense Counsel Baker and Clark and discussed
TCAAP litigation.

None.
