RESOLUTION NO. 2019-001
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS PLANNING
COMMISSION FINDING THAT A MODIFICATION TO THE
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1 CONFORMS TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills (the "City") proposes to adopt a Modification to the
Development Program for Development District No. 1 (the "Development Program Modification")to
enlarge the boundaries of Development District No. 1 to include TCAAP and other property located
north of Highway 96 and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 469.126, subd. 1 the City is required
to consult with the Planning Commission prior to the enlargement of the Development District No. 1,
and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Development Program Modification to
determine its conformity with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as
described in the comprehensive plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Development
Program Modification conforms to the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the
City as a whole.
