RESOLUTION NO.2020-006
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN DATED MARCH 7,2019
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act requires that each community's
Comprehensive Plan include a Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and
WHEREAS, a Comprehensive Sewer Plan was prepared as part of the 2040 Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS Resolution 2019-041 approved the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan
which included the Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and
NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA,that the Arden Hills Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan, dated
March 7, 2019 is adopted and is effective as of the date of this resolution.
ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2020,by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills.
