RESOLUTION NO. 2020-014
A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT OF ARDEN MANOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
WHEREAS, the City is planning improvements to Arden Manor Park; and
WHEREAS, Arden Manor is located in Income block group census tract 40801-1 within the
City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, The City is requesting $189,700.00 in Community Development Bloch Grant
(CDBG) funding to assist with the park improvements in Arden Hills.
NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, that that the City fully supports the CDBG application to fund the
proposed park improvements.
Adopted this 23`d day of March 2020.
