Construction is underway at Valentine Hills Elementary to build a classroom addition and expand the cafeteria. Marriott Springhill Suites hotel is anticipated to open this fall. Development Update CTV Produces Snowplow Video CTV North Suburbs worked with the City of Arden Hills Public Works equipment, snow clearing procedures, plow routes and helpful tips. Annual Tree Sale Cancelled This Year Seasonal Workers Wanted Welcome New Associate Planner Joe Hartmann plans to the City Council and Planning Commission on behalf of the residents and local businesses that apply. In this position, he is especially looking forward to helping manage the city’s recycling program. Before coming to the City of Arden Hills, Joe was an interim planner and housing and code enforcement inspector for the City of Brooklyn Center. Street Sweeping Spring street sweeping will begin as soon as the streets are free of snow and/or ice. The city will sweep areas throughout the season, as needed. Residential Yard Projects The city street right-of-way could extend up to 10 to 15 feet beyond the curb and is intended to storage, utilities and other public uses.
