RESOLUTION NO.2020-021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,RAMSEY COUNTY,MINNESOTA,
AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE ARDEN HILLS 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills initiated an amendment to its
Comprehensive Plan to allow an increase in the maximum permitted residential density; and
WHEREAS,on April 15,2020,the City Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on
the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has considered the proposed amendment and all public
comments, and thereafter submitted its recommendations to the City Council; and
WHEREAS,the City Council approved Resolution 2020-021 on April 27,2020 approving the
amendment.
NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, that the text amendment to the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive
Plan is adopted and is effective as of the date of this resolution.
ADOPTED this 27`"day of April 2020,by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills.
