RESOLUTION NO.: 2010-053
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION AND
THE RESULTING LOT CONSOLIDATIONS
WHEREAS, on February 22, 2010, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public
hearing to consider the approval of the minor subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1, Amble Addition into
the following resultant parcels:
1. The north 48 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Amble Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota
("Resultant Parcel 1"); and
2. All that part of Lot 2, Block 1, Amble Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying
south of the north 48 feet thereof("Resultant Parcel 2").
WHEREAS, on February 22, 2010, the Arden Hills City Council also considered the
approval of the consolidation of Resultant Parcel 1 with Lot 1, Block 1, Amble Addition,
Ramsey County, Minnesota; and the consolidation of Resultant Parcel 2 with Lot 3, Block 1,
Amble Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota;
WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the remaining parcels after the approval of the
above referenced minor subdivision and lot consolidations will be:
Lot 1, Block 1, Amble Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota and
the north 48 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Amble Addition.
Lot 3, Block 1, Amble Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota and
all that part of Lot 2, Block 1, Amble Addition lying south of the
north 48 feet of said Lot 2.
WHEREAS, on February 22, 2010, at a public hearing, the Arden Hills City Council, by
separate resolution (Resolution No. 2010-007), vacated easements as necessary to facilitate the
above referenced lot consolidations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council hereby
approves the above described minor subdivision and lot consolidations; and further directs that
this Resolution or a certified copy thereof, be filed with the Ramsey County Recorder.
