RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO RAMSEY COUNTY COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT NO. PUBW2017-09(R)
FOR COUNTY ROAD I (COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 3)/OLD HIGHWAY 8
ROUNDABOUT AND EXTENSION OF OLD HIGHWAY 8
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is working on a project to construct the County
Road I/Old Highway 8 Roundabout and the Extension of Old Highway 8, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will have some cost responsibility for the
construction,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS, MINNESOTA
1. That the City of Arden Hills enter into Ramsey County Cooperative
Agreement No. PUBW2017-09(R) with the Ramsey County, for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the County of the City’s share of the
costs of the county Road I/Old Highway 8 Roundabout and the Old Highway 8
Extension construction within the corporate City limits under State Project No.
6284-17.
2. That the Mayor and the Public Works Director are authorized to execute the
Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017.
