RESOLUTION NO. 2021-002
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENTS TO THE
COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to
the City Council for planning and zoning issues on the Planning Commission; for the development
and redevelopment in the City of Arden Hills on the Economic Development Commission; for
financial planning on the Financial Planning and Analysis Committee; and for the parks, trails and
recreation issues on the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee;
WHEREAS, certain Commission or Committee members' terms expired on December 31,
2020; and
WHEREAS, Nick Gehrig, Planning Commission member whose term was to expire
December 31, 2021, has submitted his resignation from the Planning Commission.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council hereby accepts Nick
Gehrig's resignation from the Planning Commission and reappoints the following individuals to serve
on the designated Commission with three-year terms ending as noted:
Planning Commission:
Paul Vijums—December 31, 2023
Economic Development Commission:
Dan Erickson—December 31, 2023
