Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, direct�d that a summary of the Ordinance be published. NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS IN THIS ORDINANCE SUMMARY: Section 1. The zoning ordinances of the City as amended, restated, revised, updated, codified and compiled shall constitute "Chapter 13: Zoning Code" in the official City Code of Ordinance. Section 2. All prior ordinances pertain- ing to the subjects treated in Chapter 13: Zoning Code of the City Code of Ordinances, shall be deemed repealed from and after the effective date of this ordinance summary, excepi as they are included and re-ordained in whole or in part in Chapter 13: Zoning Code of the Ccde ot Ordinances; provided, this r�peal shall not affect any offense committed or penalty incurred under the previous ordinances. This Ordinance summary adop4ing Chapter 13: Zoning Code shall be a sufficient publication of any ordinance included in it and not previously published in the City's official newspaper. The Clerk of the City shall cause a substantial quantity of Chapter 13: Zpning Code to be printed for general distritiution to the pubiic at actual cost and shail furnish a copy of Chapter 13: Zoning Code to the County Law Library ^r its designated depository. The official copy of Chapter 13: Zoning Code shall be marked and be kept in tha office of the City Clerk within the official City Code of Urdinances. A copy of Chapter 13: Zoning Code and the entire City Code of Ordinances is available for inspection by any person during normal business hours at the dffice of the City Administrator at 7245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112.
