WHEREAS, Arden Manor is located in income block group census tract 40801-1 within
the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, The City is requesting $189,700.00 in Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) funding to assist with the park improvements in Arden Hills,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the City supports the CDBG application to fund the proposed park
improvements
