RESOLUTION NO. 2021-023
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE ARDEN OAKS STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program for the City of Arden Hills identifies
potential street and utility improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets:
Arden Oaks Drive (From Snelling Ave N to County Rd E)
Arden Oaks Court
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement stated above shall be referred to as the Arden Oaks
Street Improvement Project for study and that the Public Works Director is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as
to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
