SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
APRIL 29, 2021

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Special
City Council meeting at 2:00 p.m.
Note: On March 20, 2020 the Mayor signed a determination allowing Councilmembers to
participate in City Council meetings via telephone pursuant to State Statute 13D.021
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave
McClung and Steve Scott
Absent: None
Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault and City Clerk Julie Hanson
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a
motion to approve the meeting agenda. The motion carried unanimously (5-
0).
2. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Motion to Approve Appointment of Senior Planner
MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a
motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all
necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-
0).
3. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS
None.

4. COUNCIL COMMENTS
Councilmember McClung stated he had missed the regular meeting of April 26, 2021, but said it
appeared the Council had engaged in good discussions regarding the items on the agenda and that
the questions and comments he would have made had been addressed.
Councilmember Holmes and Mayor Grant welcomed back Councilmember McClung.
ADJOURN
MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a
motion to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
Mayor Grant adjourned the Special City Council Meeting at 2:05 p.m.
