RESOLUTION NO. 2021-046
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ARDEN OAKS STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution 2021-042, ordering a
public hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets:
Arden Oaks Drive from Snelling Avenue North to County Road E
Arden Oaks Court from Arden Oaks Drive to the west termini
and;
WHEREAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given,
and the hearing was held on August 23, 2021, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility
report.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
July 26, 2021 and recommended in the project feasibility report.
3. The City of Arden Hills Engineering Department, with assistance from the City's
selected consultant engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
The engineers shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 23rd
DAY OF AUGUST,2021.
