AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,
ZONING CODE, SECTION 1330, SUBSECTION 1330.02, SUBD. 1
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1330.02, Shoreland Management Districts and
Uses, Subd. 1, is hereby amended as follows:
1330.02 Shoreland Management Districts and Uses.
Subd. 1. Classification of Lakes. (revised 8/23/21)
