AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,
ZONING CODE, SECTION 1320 AND
SECTION 1325 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on October 25, 2021, Ordinance No. 2021-011 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2021-011, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends
the B-2 District Requirements Chart by increasing the Minimum Building Setbacks for Front Yard
from 20 to 50 feet, allowing for parking in the increased setback area; and amends Design
Standards for Window and Door Openings requiring that 50% of the first level building facades
facing public streets shall be comprised of transparent windows or doors in order to allow views
of interior uses and activities.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the
City's regular office hours or on the City's website.
