RESOLUTION NO. 2021-060
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared plans and specification for the improvements
of Lexington Avenue Reconstruction, City Project PW-18-0104; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the project have been presented to the City
Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS:
1.Such plans and specifications for the Lexington Avenue Reconstruction, City
Project PW-18-0104 are hereby approved.
2.Such improvements are hereby ordered to proceed to the construction phase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 25th DAY OF OCTOBER 2021.
